甲方（捐赠人） / Party A (Donor):
乙方（受赠人） / Party B (Donee):
为促进社会公益及传统文化事业的发展，共同为构建和谐社会做出贡献，根据《中华人民共和国公益事业捐赠法》、《中华人民共和国民法典》等法律法规，经甲乙双方平等协商，达成如下协议：
To promote the development of social public welfare and traditional culture, and to contribute to building a harmonious society, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement through equal consultation in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Donations for Public Welfare" and the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China":
第一条 甲方自愿将下述 （以下简称“捐赠财产”）无偿捐赠乙方，乙方同意接受捐赠财产。

第四条 乙方收到甲方捐赠财产后，应出具合法、有效的财务接收凭证，并登记造册，妥善管理和使用。
Article 4: Upon receiving the Donated Property, Party B shall issue a legal and valid financial receipt, register the donation, and ensure proper management and use.
第五条 乙方应当按照本协议约定的用途使用捐赠财产，不得擅自改变捐赠财产的用途。如需改变用途，应当征得甲方的书面同意。
Article 5: Party B shall use the Donated Property in accordance with the purpose specified in this Agreement and shall not change the purpose without authorization. Any change in use requires Party A's written consent.
第十二条 因不可抗力致使捐赠目的无法实现或无法按约履行、如期履行的，双方均不承担违约责任。
Article 12: If force majeure renders the purpose of the donation unachievable or makes it impossible to perform the Agreement, neither party shall be liable for breach of contract.
第十三条 本协议自甲乙双方法定代表人或授权代表签字或盖章之日起生效。本捐赠为公益行为，协议成立后不得撤销，受法律保护。
Article 13: This Agreement shall take effect from the date of signature or seal. This donation is a public welfare act and, once formed, shall not be revoked and shall be protected by law.
第十七条 本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。两份协议具有同等法律效力。
Article 17: This Agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. Both copies shall have equal legal effect.
